First hate

#1 It hurts to get in and out of bed

#2 My memory is not what it used to be,

#3 My vision went down the minute I turned forty

#4 I used to go into a store and the attendant would come up and ask if I need help, now I seem invisible

#5 I used to be able to open all pickle jars and lift sofas with one hand.

Next love

#1 when you talk people seem to listen

#2 Age comes with wisdom and the knowing of things

#3 My hair might be fine but I don’t need to cut it so its a positive!

#4 Age comes with savings and security

#5 Age comes with older children, grown up conversations and freedom to go to the bathroom alone
