HOW TO MAKE: Spaghetti and Mint MeatBalls
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 large onion finely chopped
1-2 crushed garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. dried mint
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
breadcrumbs 3 Tbsp.
2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
Method: Mix all ingredients in a bowl except flour and oil. Form into rounds meat balls. Then roll them in the flour.
Heat oil in a frying pan, and place the meat balls into it. Brown all the sides, and cook through, about 15 minutes.
Serve with tomato sauce over pasta, fresh basil and parmesan cheese on top and dip fresh bread into the sauce.
